Project "Alpiysky" includes creation of 14 sections of elite high-rise apartment buildings with the number of floors from 5 to 9 and separate building for plumbing and heating installations. All buildings will stand on a two-storied substructure housing the infrastructure and underground parking lot for 242 cars. One of the numerous advantages of the project consists in the possibility to park much more cars than there are apartments in the complex. In addition, every apartment will have two parking positions. Parking positions for guests are also envisaged. All buildings of the complex are grouped around a courtyard with landscape designed in Japanese style; the architectural composition of the project is crowned with a clock tower. Four sections of our project consist of three-room apartment with total area from 143.36 m² to 189.38 m²; other sections consist of five-room apartment with total area from 223 m² to 316 m². The ceiling height in the apartments is 3.3 m. The project also boasts mixed-type sections with two-level apartments. Every floor has either two three-room apartments or one five-room apartment that will provide for additional isolation of the residents. There is also a pleasant surprise: no house #13 and no apartments #13 and #66. The interior planning is individual and maximally comfortable allowing removing internal partitions in every apartment in order to create apartments-studios. Also for our residents is created interior infrastructure of full value.
