The building site of the residential complex "Alpiysky" is located on the Dokuchayevska Street, 23, in the private residential area. The site is limited on the west, north and east by the hill topped by Dokuchayevska and Horodna streets. To the south of the site there is the Protasov Yar Street. There are two passages leading to the site: from Horodna and Protasov Yar streets. The transport interchange combines two major highways-Povitroflotsky Avenue and Urytsky Street. The happy choice of location in the green zone away from noisy highways creates quite, fresh and cozy environment for the future residents. The project makes provisions for planting of greenery and modern amenities in the building estate: a garden with landscape design in Japanese style, a fountain, and sports ground, recreation area, and comfortable playgrounds. Such location off at a distance, developed infrastructure, and availability of services and guarding allows combining comfort with isolation making it a sort of club project.
