The new dwelling complex "Alpiysky" is located in the right-bank Solomyansky District, Kyiv. The Dokuchayevska St., where the project is located, emerged in the early 20th c. as Horodna St. In the mid-50s it was renamed for V.V. Dokuchayev. This street passes through such historical localities of Kyiv as Batyev Hill and Protasov Yar. Geographically it is the first "circle" surrounding the historical downtown. The Solomyansky District is an established infrastructure, friendly road interchanges and closeness to the downtown. The infrastructure including the school, kindergartens, and emporiums with entertaining centers are just around the corner.
