The purchase of apartments in “Alpiyskiy” complex is done on a 100% prepayment. The property rights are transferred through purchase agreement. The purchase agreement is verified at notary and state registration with the payment of all necessary taxes (State duty of 1%, Pension Fund of 1%). The taxes are paid by the buyer.
