Company REDI CAPITAL allows you a few variants of acquisitions apartments in   «Alpiyskiy» complex:

Variant 1:
A cost of the first payment is 30% from the cost of the apartments chosen by you. In this variant a price is fixed only for the prepaid square meters. Company-seller has the right to change the price of remaining area, but not to exceed 18 % annual. A client is under an obligation to pay a complete sum to 01.07.2008. The cost of the parking place is 30 000 dollars USA.

Variant 2: 
A cost of the first payment is 60% from the cost of the apartments chosen by you. A client pays a remaining sum stage-by-stage for 01.07.2008. At this variant the cost is fixed for the whole area.. The cost of the parking place is 30 000 dollars USA.

Variant 3:
This variant supposes 100 % payment of the apartment chosen by you. In this variant of payment for our clients are provided by the bonus - 2 parking places for any chosen apartment a client gets for free.

Variant 4:

Mortgage credit
Buyers of the real estate objects in a dwelling complex «Alpiyskiy» have the possibility to get a mortgage credit from the Corporative-Commercial bank of social development „Ukrsocbank”. CCB „ Ukrsocbank” gives a mortgage credit on 75 % costs of property rights on the object of the real estate.
The consideration term of extension the possibility to get mortgage credit - 5-7 workings days.
Credit term - to 25 years.

Commission for opening of advance account – 0,99% from the sum of credit  
State duty (at registration of mortgage agreement) - 0,1% from the sum of amount guarantee. State duty (at registration of additional agreement to the mortgage agreement) 0,1% from the sum of amount guarantee.
Expense on insurance - 0,3 % from the real estate cost. 

Documents which are necessary for registration of credit on the purchase of the real estate at the primary market:

1. request for the credit receipt of standard pattern (filled by the credit manager of Bank in an electronic type on the basis of information, given by Client, unseals and signs by Client);

2. original of passport of Borrower and his wife/husband (copy of pages, which contains the last photo, last name and name, information about the date of delivery and organ which gave out a passport, information about registration and presence of children, copy of pages with registration or dissolution of marriage), or document which replaces it. Foreigners-Residents give the national passport (original and copies), registered by the organs of Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine;

3. birth certificate of children (in the case of their presence) - there is a copy;

4. copy of Certificate of tax service organs about the appropriation of identification code;

5. certificate in a due form ¹3 about the set profit size for the last 6 months (if necessary profits declarations can be required) and by the mark of “delays in payment of the salary for the last 6 months were absent” and “person, to which given this certificate, works on a permanent labor contract”;

If Borrower is the subject of entrepreneurial activity:

6. report of small business entity - physical person of the single tax payer for the last year (quarterly) or profits declarations for the last year (quarterly) with the mark of tax inspection or certificate, which replaces a report, and contains the information, according to the size of the gross profit income for the covered period given quarterly;

7. tate registration certificate (re-registering) of subject of entrepreneurial activity - of the physical person (new standard);

8. copy of license, patent (in the case of presence);

9. certificate about the absence of debt on payments in a budget (given only in case if SPD is not the payer of single tax);

10. book of profits and charges (in the case of presence) for the last 6 months;

11. financial statements for the last 3 years, with the tax organ mark;

12. tax declaration for the last 12 months (with the tax organ mark) - in the case of presence;

13. certificates from the banks, Borrower is served in, about the facilities motion on all his accounts for the last 6 months with laying out on months;

14. copy of the payment testifying of the single tax, or patent about the payment of the fixed taxation, or Trade patent, or other document, which confirms taking on the fiscal accounting;

Other documents as required by the Bank:

15. documents, which confirm other profits of Borrower (at presence of the profit not on the basic job), including declaration about profits for a previous year, notarized a tax inspection;

16. notarial certified consent of husband/wife (in the case of their presence) to the receipt of mortgage credit or their personal presence or presence of the personal signature of husband/ wife at filling and signing of Request for the receipt of credit;
